Sugar Land residents will not have to drive far for another Mexican restaurant option. Tex-Mex restaurant Alicia’s Mexican Grille will open in February at 20420 Southwest Freeway, Richmond. The restaurant will offer a menu of Mexican classics, such as Alicia’s Fajitas; Gulf seafood in Alicia’s Molcajete; Pollo Con Rajas; and several healthy options, such as Alicia’s Citrus Salad and Caldo De Marisco.
